Your clients increasingly ask you how to transmit their digital legacy (passwords, online accounts, crypto-assets). leggit is the concrete tool you can recommend to them.

Legal compliance

leggit operates within the framework of the 2016 French Digital Republic Act (art. 84-86 of the Civil Code). The post-mortem mandate is signed electronically with probative value via DocuSeal/eIDAS.

Additional revenue

For each death certificate you validate, leggit pays a commission. For each client you refer, you earn a recurring commission on their subscriptions.

Your missions as a partner

leggit provides you with a dedicated portal to manage your missions within the service.

  1. Death certificate validation — You receive certificates submitted by families, verify them, and electronically sign their authenticity via DocuSeal eIDAS.
  2. Signing of post-mortem mandates — You co-sign with your client the mandate that formalizes their digital wishes. May be archived in their notarial file.
  3. Role of digital estate executor — You may be designated as executor for particularly sensitive vaults (crypto, large inheritance).
  4. Advice and training — Documentation and webinars regularly updated to train you and your team.
  5. Customer support — leggit handles technical support for your clients. You stay focused on your core business.

eIDAS electronic signature

leggit uses DocuSeal in self-hosted mode for electronic signatures. This guarantees the eIDAS qualified level (the highest legal level in Europe).

All signatures are:

  • Compliant with the European Union eIDAS regulation
  • Archived with qualified timestamping
  • Verifiable at any time via their cryptographic digital signature

Commercial model

No registration fee. You are paid case by case for each validated act, and earn a recurring commission on the clients you refer.

Commission details:
  • Validation of a death certificate: €30 excl. VAT
  • Signing of a post-mortem mandate: €50 excl. VAT per client
  • Referral: 10% of the revenue generated in the first year (Standard or Premium clients)
